Built on the Acacia contractor trailer platform, the Cable Splicer Trailer features a steel tube frame with 16" on-center crossmembers, wall studs, and roof bows for structural integrity. Battlecoat® polyurea coating protects exposed steel, while an automotive asphalt emulsion undercoating shields the chassis from corrosion. This enclosed fiber splicer trailer is purposefully designed to handle the rigors of everyday commercial field use.
The exterior is engineered for long-term weather protection, security, and jobsite visibility. A seamless aluminum roof and VHB bonded, screwless exterior help prevent leaks while maintaining a professional appearance. Integrated backup lights and amber strobes improve safety during roadside operations, while standard barlocks on all doors keep valuable splicing equipment secure.
